Using Johns Hopkins data, we compiled North Carolina’s new confirmed cases of COVID-19 per day from June 28 through June 28. The state’s average number of new daily cases since June 28 is 1,803 and its median is 1,837. The past 7-day average and median are higher at 1,926 and 1,849.
