Bookmark this: Cornelius Library is open 

June 12. Browsing for books is still online, but once you place a hold on your good summer read, you can pick it up at the branch on Catawba Avenue.

The Cornelius branch, along with all  county library branches, is now open with limited services  9 am – 8 pm Monday to Thursday, and 9 am – 5 pm Saturday.

For now, you’ll be able to pick up holds and return items in person. Bins are set up outside at the entrance tent for you to return books and other material. Returns can be done during regular library hours. Drop boxes are closed.

One person at a time is allowed in the lobby to pick up materials placed on hold. Checkout is no contact, as well. 

Additional in-person services will be available in the coming weeks.
