Charlotte Water crews responded to a broken wastewater pipe near 18803 Harbor Light Blvd. this morning. An estimated 200 gallons—out of 500 total gallons—reached Lake Norman via a storm drain on Jetton Road. Crews completed the repair earlier today. A majority of wastewater overflows can be prevented by paying attention to what is disposed of via plumbing.
