Sept. 1. The Cornelius PARC Department and Novant Health’s Lakeside Family Physicians are resuming the Walk With A Doc program at the Antiquity Greenway in Cornelius.

 The next walk is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, at 9 am. Walk at your own pace and distance and learn more from Dr. Phuong Nguyen at this free community event. 

Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. You’ll take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a healthcare provider, get some quick warm-up tips from Camp Gladiator, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation. It’s a great way to get active and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking.
