June 30. Visit Lake Norman (VLN) launches their 8th Annual “Capture Lake Norman” photo contest tomorrow. The contest, which runs for one month, is open to any photographer 18 years or older.

The essence of the contest is to reveal what parts of Lake Norman capture visitors, from a lake sunset to upscale shopping or a park.

Along with being featured in the Official Lake Norman Visitor’s Guide, the grand prize winner will receive a $200 VISA gift card and a Lake Norman-branded sweatshirt. Second place will receive a $100 gift card and Lake Norman-branded shirt and the third place will be awarded a $50 gift card and Lake Norman-branded hat.
