April 14. Julie Niswonger is the finance director for the Town of Cornelius, replacing her old boss, Jackie Huffman, who took a job as the finance director for Huntersville. Niswonger has been a town employee since 2002. An annoucement from the town says she Niswonger, up until yesterday the accounting operations manager, is “familiar with and has assisted in preparing the town’s budgets, financial analyses, tax collections and auditing processes.” Her new position became effective on April 11th.
