June 25. UPDATE. Cornelius Police say Theo Edward Breedlove, 34, has been found after being reported missing Wednesday by a family member. He was last seen on Monday, June 22, near West Catawba and Liverpool Parkway wearing a white hat, a black and grey shirt, red sweatpants and white shoes. He is 6’2″ and 130 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
