July 26.  CharMeck Alerts Cornelius is a county-wide notification system that allows the Town of Cornelius  to rapidly disseminate time-sensitive messages to every telephone number and email stored in the notification database.

Davidson and Huntersville residents and businesses can register for alerts from their towns as well.

It takes only minutes to sign up.

Only town and Mecklenburg County Emergency Management authorized officials are allowed to send alerts.
