Why doesn’t Cornelius have a tree ordinance to stop trees being removed? So sad, I lived in Magnolia Estates for 30 years. I cry, along with all my old neighbors, every time I go to Publix. Cornelius was a quaint and lovely place 30 years ago. This is not progress. No one is working on building anything lately although the land has been cleared of all old trees. The traffic is already bad on Catawba. How much worse will it be?
