A hearing ​with​ the Cornelius Planning Board will​ determine whether Wendy’s can get a variance which will allow them to continue to have parking in front of their building on West Catawba.​ “They just need the variance so they can make some minor site adjustments​,​” said Planning Director Wayne Herron. “There will be no Town Board hearing on the application. Planning Board is the final review.”​ The hearing will take place in the board hearing room at Town Hall​ Monday, Feb 13 at 6:30 pm​
