Lowe’s Hometown Grant Program currently accepting local applicants

Lowe's_logoJuly 14. Lowe’s Charitable and Educational Foundation (LCEF) has funds available in Iredell County and North Mecklenburg areas and is currently seeking applications. Grants are awarded to local nonprofit organizations focused on public education or community improvement projects. Projects submitted for a hometown grant are considered and awarded separately from national LCEF grants.

Lowe’s Charitable and Educational Foundation has earmarked $250,000 in annual contributions for Lake Norman-area community improvement and public school projects. An additional $250,000 in Hometown grants are also awarded to local nonprofit organizations in the Wilkes County area.
