It’s official: July was Earth’s hottest month on record, according to our friends at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, home of the National Weather Service. The NWS is calling for more hot weather this weekend and into Tuesday:

FRIDAY: Clouds, humid, thunder-boomers this afternoon with a high of 88-89.

SATURDAY: Sunshine, high near 91. Late afternoon thunderstorm possible. (You know the drill.)

SUNDAY: Sunshine, humid, high near 92.

MONDAY: Sunshine, high 91-93

TUESDAY: 95 degrees!
