Davidson hosts Fall Festival Oct. 27-28
Sept. 28. The Town of Davidson is holding the Fall Festival Weekend Oct. 27-Oct. 28. The fun begins with the annual Halloween March down Main Street as retailers hand out treats. Lineup begins at 4:45 pm in front of the Public Safety Building at 216 South Main St. with the start of the march starting at 5 pm.
Following the Halloween march, the Town will screen the original Hocus Pocus starting at 6:30 pm in front of the Davidson Public Library.
Saturday is the Fall Festival itself. There will be live music, fall crafts, lawn games and a community meal from 3 pm to 6 pm at Town Hall, 251 South St.
And there’s more:
—A Jack-O-Lantern Walk put on by the Davidson Parks and Recreation from 6 pm to 9 pm at Roosevelt Wilson Park at 420 Griffith Street both Friday and Saturday evenings.
