The Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce will host a Workforce Development PowerLuncheon with Dr. Tony Zeiss at the River Run Country Club April 14.  Zeiss will discuss “CPCC and the Charlotte Region Global Initiative.” Zeiss holds a doctorate in community college administration from Nova University, a master’s degree in speech radio and television and a bachelor’s degree in speech education from Indiana State University. He has authored or co-authored several books; his most recent publications include a tribute to John Montgomery Belk and a novel on the Revolutionary War. Chamber members can register online at LakeNormanChamber.org.  Guest can call the chamber of commerce at 704-892-1922 to RSVP.  The cost to attend the luncheon is $20.  Registration for the event closes April 12.
