Migrating monarchs can be seen at Fisher Farm Park on Shearer Road in Davidson.
Common Milkweed plants grow naturally at the park and is the host plant for the Monarch Butterfly, which needs the plant to survive.
You can support butterflies and other wildlife by planting native plants, reducing mowing and limiting the spraying of herbicides in your own yard.
