Aug. 11. There will be a lot going on at the Davidson Village Green Sunday: The Lake Norman Fondo during the day, then at 6 pm, Riggsbee Road will perform. If you’re heading to Davidson, Lorimer Road will be closed from the CVS parking lot to Davidson-Concord Road starting Saturday at 6 pm through 4 pm Sunday.
