There will be a Preschool Halloween Party 10 am to noon Monday, Oct. 22 at the Cornelius Arts Center, 19725 Oak St.  Casper, everyone’s favorite friendly ghost, will be there along with snacks, crafts and the movie “Casper’s Halloween Special.” Ages 3 to 6 are welcome, and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
