Ada Jenkins Center to celebrate 20th anniversary in Feb. with open house

Jan. 30 – The Ada Jenkins Center will celebrate its twentieth anniversary this year with an open house Feb. 15th from 5:30 – 7 p.m. at the Ada Jenkins Center at 212 Gamble Street in Davidson.
Today the Ada Jenkins Center continues to promote the importance of education and equal opportunity for all citizens. It is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization helping those in poverty break the cycle and gain economic independence. The Center is a resource hub for northern Mecklenburg County and a well-respected model for community centers in the region.
Come learn what the Ada Jenkins Center does for the communities of Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson.

At the open house, a range of hors d’oeuvres and desserts will be provided. A free drink ticket will be given upon entrance and a cash bar will be available.
