Feb. 25. Independent film buffs are going to be interested in a virtual conversation with award-winning American film producer Christine Vachon Monday, March 15 courtesy of Davidson College.

Vachon, producer of such renowned independent films as “Far From Heaven” and “I’m Not There,” was honored with a retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art in 2005. She also won an Emmy for her role as executive producer for the TV adaptation of Ira Glass’s “This American Life.”

This event, which is free and open to the public, runs from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm via Zoom.
