First thing you do when you walk into work? Say hello and then walk the property.

Coffee, tea, or something stronger? Coffee, black. The darker the roast the better.

What part of your job would surprise people the most? The number of hours it takes, and all the behind the scenes work that must be done.

What small decision eats up way more time than it should? Answering this question 😊 Seriously, I really can’t think of much.

What’s always on your desk (besides a phone and computer)? A desktop calculator, old school style, with ribbon and paper.

Favorite quick lunch in town? That’s tough coming from a restaurateur because I often eat at my own places. If I want something super quick, it’s the Beach Club at Jimmy John’s.

Best advice you’ve ever gotten about business? Spend ample time working on the business, not just in the business.

A daily habit that keeps you sane? Going to the gym.

What’s the five-minute task you refuse to delegate? I still read every social media review and comment card.

What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self? Listen more to people that have been successful and stop pretending like you know it all, because you don’t.
