John Robertson receives appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy

Jan. 26. Congressman Robert Pittenger (NC-09) recently announced that Cornelius local, John Robertson, received an appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy. Robertson is a senior at South Lake Christian Academy. He’s the son of a former U.S. Air Force F-15 instructor pilot. Robertson has actively served his community through Civil Air Patrol and projects at both church and school. He lives with his parents, Stephen and Michelle Robertson, in Cornelius.
