Oct. 21. The 15 finalists for the coveted title of best Halloween decorations in Cornelius have been selected and anyone is welcome to visit the homes and vote in the online contest to determine the winner.

Voting is open now through Oct. 27. Homes will be lit from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. nightly at the following addresses and awards will given out for two decorating categories: Spooky & Scary and Fun & Festive.

The annual contest is organized by Cornelius Parks & Recreation and the online voting form is located here.
