Lost Worlds hosting coffee chats with election candidates

From left, Denis Bilodeau and David Hamme

Aug. 26. This morning marked the start of a series of coffee chats with Cornelius election candidates at Lost Worlds Brewing. Mayoral candidate Denis Bilodeau opened the series and addressed matters like road construction, the proposed Red Line and more.

The events are free and open to the public and offer the opportunity for residents to ask questions to individual candidates from 9-10 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday from August 26 to September 25. One candidate is assigned to each event.

The coffee chats are moderated by David Hamme of Lost Worlds, who poses a few questions to the candidates about their campaign and then opens it up to questions from the attendees.

Organizers request that those in attendance ask questions “in an orderly and respectful manner.”

He’s a genuine, stand-up guy—go meet him and see for yourself.”
