The third suspect is in custody after a shooting at 9722 Psalms St., just off the sharp bend on Bailey Road. The victim, Caleb Keller, 22, was hospitalized in serious condition with a gunshot wound to the neck.
Cornelius Police, on Facebook, thanked U.S. Marshalls for their help finding Jacobi McMillan, 19, the third suspect.
Brendan McGlynn, 20, and Randy Banks, 21, were arrested by CPD at McGlynn’s residence of 21209 Harken Drive in Blue Stone Harbor.
All three suspects were charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill as well as inflicting serious injury and felony conspiracy.
Police said this was not a random shooting as the victim and suspects knew each other. The shooting was apparently not drug related.
