Oct. 24. Fire pit season is officially here. If you’re new to North Carolina, fire pit season is in the fall because it’s way too cold in the winter. Time to crack the windows at night, bundle up and enjoy the crisp autumn air. Just make sure the fire is out before you go to bed or your house will stink in the morning.
