Oct. 18. With Critical Race Theory a topic of discussion nationwide, Unity in Community North Mecklenburg (UiC) will hold the second installment of a two-part virtual forum on Wednesday Oct. 20 to discuss education in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools.

“Shaping Education: Decisions & Impact” will be moderated by Dr. Brandy Nelson, executive director of CMS secondary education.

Session 2 runs from 6:30 pm to 8 pm via Zoom. Guest speakers include local teachers and students
