Are You Ready For It? A Taylor Experience
June 12. The Cain Center for the Arts announced its Fall 2025 lineup, and tickets go on sale to the public Friday.
There are five performances in the blues, jazz and classical category, three classic rock tribute bands, four comedians and magicians, two performances in country and Americana, four pop/singer-songwriters tributes (Swifties, your night is Oct. 31), and four holiday performers.
New this year are discount packages if you buy tickets at the same time for three (10 percent off), five (15 percent off) or 10 shows 20 percent off).
And for the first time, there will be dynamic ticket pricing, which means you will pay more per ticket as the quantity of open seats dwindles. Justin Dionne, executive director of the Cain Center for the Arts, said you many $5, $10 or $15 more if you pay late.
The strategy is being employed to combat the late-buying trend that grew out of the pandemic.
Meanwhile, there are deals and great outdoor concerts at Lost Worlds Brewing. The Cain center and Lost Worlds embarked on a four-concert summer schedule in a 50-50 expense/revenue partnership this year. Lost at the Lake events will be held rain or shine at Lost Worlds Brewing at 19700-D One Norman Blvd.
Tickets are available for The Cleverlys on June 21, $20 in advance and $30 at the door; Sister Hazel on Juy 26, $25 in advance and $35 at the door; and then The Verve Pipe on Aug. 23, $25 in advance and $35 at the door.
Dionne says this partnership could reach more people with the 2,000-plus capacity and lower ticket prices.
It’s also a test into expanding the Cain Center’s community footprint beyond the center’s 400-plus crown jewel theater in downtown Cornelius. Ceramic studios are part of that plan, and eventually what will probably be free programs in the park behind the Cain Center, Dionne said, noting that the Lost World partnership is another revenue stream to support these other programs.
