May 4. The Planning Board will hold a special meeting on Monday, May 16 to consider a recommendation on a proposed amendment to the previously approved rezoning plan for the Alexander Farm. The meeting, which begins at noon, will be held in Room 204 at Cornelius Town Hall.

  1. After reading the new plan I realize there will be a reduction of 7 single family homes.
Can the tenant house really fit in that corner space?
