July 6. No charges will be filed against the driver involved in the fatal pedestrian accident in Davidson June 17. Davidson Police say the victim, Suzanne Younts, apparently walked between two vehicles stopped at the red light in the southbound lane of Main Street. She was struck by a vehicle traveling in the northbound lane of Main Street, according to police. The Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Office agreed with the DPD findings.
