Nancy Anne Zakrzewski Smith, 60, of Huntersville, formerly of Detroit, died December 18, 2015 at Novant Presbyterian Medical Center. She was born on February 22, 1955 in Wyandotte, MI to Margaret Kraft Zakrzewski and the late Henry Zakrzewski. She worked for 17 years as a sales representative for the Hershey Chocolate Company.

Survivors include her husband Allan Joseph Smith, her mother, Margaret, her daughter, Jennifer Fagan of Rock Hill, SC, grandchildren Bryce and Allison and brother Brian of Ferndale, MI.

Memorials may be made to St. Mark Catholic Church.

The visitation will be from 6-8 PM Monday, December 21 at James Funeral Home, 10520 Arahova Dr. Huntersville.

The funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday at St. Mark Catholic Church.
