HAGER

Kenneth “Ken” Eugene Hager, 72, of Huntersville, passed away December 26, 2016 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Mooresville. Born November 25, 1944 in Huntersville to the late Luther and Edna Hager, Ken was a retired Mechanic.

Ken is survived by his caretaker and ex wife Sylvia Hager; daughters, Cristal Howie (Dave), Sandi Smith (Michael), Kim McCord (Randy); grandchildren, Thomas Lutz, Kaitlyn Howie, Miranda McCord, Kyndal Howie, Kassidy McCord and Cam McCord; sisters, Diane Smith (Bruce), Doris Turner (Bill) and Susan Willis.

Along with his parents Ken is preceded in death by his sister Martha Hager.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Hopewell Baptist Church in Davidson at 11:00 a.m., with a burial to follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
