June 17 rally supports Cornelius Police
June 11. Cornelius resident Bobbie Little is organizing a “Peaceful Rally” to support the Cornelius Police Dept. on Wednesday June 17 in front of the police station on Catawba Avenue. 
The rally runs from 4 pm to 6 pm. Little, who is not related to the former Mayor Little, has few direct connections to law enforcement. She said this is her first time organizing a rally.
The police are aware, and she has created an event page on Facebook.
She asks those who attend to obey social distancing guidelines and wear a mask. Appropriate signs are welcome.
