June 12. As schools close for the summer, thousands of children are at risk of going hungry. FeedNC is holding a Summer Hunger Food Drive June 16 to June 21. They hope to collect 15,000 lbs. of food and raise $15,000.

The food drive kicks off with a Summer Party at FeedNC, 2456  Charlotte Hwy., June 16 from 11 am to 2 pm.
