Crunch and lunch

Oct. 26. The NC chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association hosted 33 veterans and first-responders Oct. 21 at the American Legion in Cornelius for a complimentary chair massage and lunch. Cesia Lopez of Monroe, above, and JR McKinney, Charlotte, below,  were among the 13 licensed massage therapist volunteers. The event was part of National Massage Therapy Awareness Week.
