Barry Lane Lewis, 68 of Rockwell died May 12 at his home. He was born on July 29, 1946 in Rockwell to the late Ernest Lewis and Ruth Wilhelm.

Survivors include his wife Linda Lewis; step-son, Philip Eudy; step-daughter; Gina Eudy; brother Johnny Lewis and grandchildren, Tabitha and Vanessa. His granddaughter Rebecca preceded him in death.

Memorials may be made to St. James Lutheran Church, 131 W Main St. Rockwell, NC 28138.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 16 at St. James Lutheran Church. Visitation will be from 12-1 prior at the church. Burial will follow at Rowan Memorial Park.
