The Silverman Group plans spec project in Concord

May 20. The Silverman Group plans to build a 108,000 square foot spec building in Concord worth an estimated $7 million.  The flex building will be located on 12 acres near the Concord Regional Airport. The company has constructed over 552,000 square feet of speculative distribution space in Concord.  They recently purchased another 136 acres on Derita Road for future development. The building is expected to be higher end design, with enhanced exterior finishes. Mayor Scott Padgett said the project will result in additional jobs.
