Town Board meeting tonight

May 15. Town Manager Andrew Grant will unveil his proposed budget which is expected to call for a new tax rate a penny above revenue neutral, down from 2 cents in the first public draft. There will be a public hearing as well.

Also on the agenda tonight is a resolution of intent to amend the Town Charter to change terms of office

    Let’s be clear please. The proposed budget calls for a 6% tax increase. Totally unnecessary.

    Give a break to us that has been paying taxes longer than most of you have been living!

    Hi Peggy, I’m trying! A 6% tax increase (after 5% last year and 13% in 2020) is uncalled for!
