Home sale sets record for Cornelius this year

This Connor Quay residence sits on approximately 275 ft of shoreline
July 10. A house that sold for $3.4 million in Connor Quay, a gated neighborhood off John Connor, has set a record for Cornelius home prices so far this year.

The two-story, 7,400-square-foot house on a nearly one-acre point lot was originally listed at $3.8 million by the Allen Tate team of Dixie Dean and Christina Stone.
The Prairie Style, Harry Schrader designed home comes complete with an infinity pool overlooking the lake. There’s a pool house with retracting doors, outdoor kitchen and a bathroom with laundry.
Other features include a fitness room and a wine cellar, as well as an elevator, not to mention a four-car garage.
Jillian Mack, with Allen Tate in Mooresville, represented the buyers.
