Nov. 20. Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina has declared a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2020 in the amount of 15 cents a share. The fourth quarter cash dividend will be paid on Dec. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec.3. Peoples has 19 banking offices in North Carolina, including one on Bailey Road in Cornelius.
