ElectriCities to remove payment drop box from town hall

June 30. The ElectriCities payment drop boxes at Cornelius Town Hall and Huntersville Town Hall will be removed due to low use by customers.

Here’s how ElectriCities customers can still pay their monthly bill in a variety of ways.

To Pay In-Person: Visit the ElectriCities office located at 11316 Sam Furr Road, Monday through Friday between 9 am and 4:30 pm.

To Pay by Mail: Mail your payment using the return envelope included with your monthly bill.

To Pay Online: Cornelius Online Payment Portal
