Sons of Serendip: Christmas Beyond the Lights
7 pm | Dec. 4. The group won the hearts of fans and judges alike as finalists on America’s Got Talent (NBC) with their ethereal and emotionally stirring interpretations of pop music, arranged with a unique blend of vocals, harp, piano and cello. Cain Center for the Arts.
7:30 pm | Dec. 4. Students from the studio of Karl Ronnevik perform an evening of solo and collaborative music. Tyler-Tallman Hall at Davidson College. Free and open to the public.

8-11 pm | Dec. 5. This quick-change version of the Charles Dickens classic is set in a Victorian music hall. Warehouse Performing Arts Center, Cornelius.
8:30 pm | Dec. 5. Thomas Road is the leading country music act in the Carolinas. Led by singer Seth Thomas, the group is about bringing a high-octane Country music sound. Boatyard LKN.

Santa’s Winter Wonderland (sensory friendly)
10 am – 1 pm | Dec. 6. We’ll have fun for the whole family including face painting, arts & crafts, and a chance to take a picture with Santa. An ABS Kids’ Psychologist will be on-site to answer any general questions about autism. ABS Kids, Huntersville.

Immersive Nutcracker Experience
1-3 pm | Dec. 7. Friends ages 4-12 are invited to spend the day as “Clara” at the Christmas Eve Party and waking up in The Land of Sweets. Event is $40 and you can add a Nutcracker for $15. The Worship Movement, Huntersville.
2:30 pm | Dec. 7. The best way to prepare for Christmas. Walkers, strollers and pets are all welcome to participate in the 5k walk/run. There is a 1k Elf Run for kids. Jetton Village.
7 pm | Dec. 7. A time-honored tradition in the Davidson community. The traditional candlelight worship service features beautiful choral music provided by the Chorale and the Davidson Chamber Singers. Davidson College Presbyterian Church.
