Davidson College Symphony Orchestra: Concerto Competition Winners
7:30 – 9 pm | Nov. 10. Concert features the winners of our 2022 Concerto competition. Davidson College, Knobloch Campus Center DFPH-Duke Family Performance Hall. Free and open to the public. Tickets are not required.
Nov. 11
The celebration in Cornelius is at the Veterans Monument at Rotary Plaza.
11 am – noon. The Town of Cornelius and American Legion Post 86 hold a program at the Cornelius Veterans Monument at Rotary Plaza and the Cornelius Town Hall lawn to honor military veterans and those currently serving in the Armed Forces. Depending on weather, the ceremony may be held inside Town Hall.

7:30 – 9 pm | Nov. 11. From Johnson City, TN, comes this trio that is part country, part string band and pure deadpan humor. 11 am | Nov. 11. The Town of Davidson hosts a ceremony to honor military veterans. The program will take place indoors at the Davidson College Presbyterian Church Congregation Care House , featuring a keynote address from Davidson College graduate and Army Green Beret veteran D.G. Martin. The ceremony will also include the Hough JROTC and music from Sheena Geiger, Davidson College jazz musicians Patrick Brown and Sean Higgins, and the Davidson Day School band.

10 am | Nov. 12. The Town of Huntersville, American Legion Post 321 & Sons of the American Legion Post 321 will host the 7th Annual Veterans Day Parade & Ceremony. Cheer parade participants and then meet at Veterans Park, 201 Huntersville-Concord Rd., Huntersville, for the 11 am ceremony to honor and remember those who serve and have served.

International Exhibition of the American Watercolor Society
