Weekender March 28 – 31: Piano performance, dinosaurs, egg hunt. Happy Easter

Thursday, March 28

William Fried, piano

7:30 – 9 pm | March 24. Davidson College’s William Fried gives a rare performance of classics, with music by Bach, Beethoven and Brahms. Free and open to the public. Sloan Music Center Tyler-Tallman Recital Hall, Davidson College.

Friday, March 29

Dinosaur World Live!

5 pm doors, 6 pm show | March 29. Discover a pre-historic world of astonishing dinosaurs. Meet a host of impressive creatures, including every child’s favorite flesh-eating giant, the Tyrannosaurus Rex, a Triceratops, Giraffatitan, Microraptor and Segnosaurus. A meet-and-greet after the show offers all our brave explorers the chance to make a new dinosaur friend. Tickets $20-45. Cain Center for the Arts.

Saturday, March 30

Dinosaur World Live!

1:30 pm doors, 2:30 pm show | March 30. Discover a pre-historic world of astonishing dinosaurs. Egg Hunts at Birkdale Village

9:30 am | March 30. Collect 10 eggs and bring them to the trade-in tent to receive a bag of treats.  This event is open to the public, no registration is required. Egg Hunt for ages 3 and under starts at 9 am. Egg Hunt for ages 4-7 starts at 10 am. The Easter Bunny will be available for photos from 9-10:30 am in The Plaza. Walk-ups only. Birkdale Village, Huntersville.
