MACK
Walter Lewis Mack, 91, of Huntersville, NC, formerly of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away Monday, December 1, 2015. Walter was born November 30, 1924 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Lewis and Anna Holt Mack. He was a WW II, Navy Veteran then continued his career, working 25 years, as a general foreman for Singer Sewing Machines. He was a Catholic and a Honorary Lifetime Member, 3rd Degree, of the Knights of Columbus in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Along with his parents, Walter was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Audrey Torbik Mack and brothers, Edward and Regis Mack.
Walter is survived by his daughter, Dorothy Dambrauskas of Huntersville; sister, Loise Mack; brother, Albert Mack; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be conducted at 12:00, Monday, December 7, 2015 at St. Mark Catholic Church, Huntersville. The family will receive friends at the church, from 11:00 am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to North Meck Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 241, Harrisburg, NC 28075.
