Uwharrie annual meeting is May 9

Uwharrie Capital Corp, parent company of Uwharrie Bank and Uwharrie Investment Advisors, will hold its annual meeting  Tuesday, May 9 at the Stanly County Agri-Civic Center in Albemarle. Dinner and fellowship will begin at 4:30 p.m. Shareholders are invited to the business meeting at 6 p.m. which will include the election of directors to the Uwharrie Capital Corp board as well as any other business. All shareholders are invited to attend.
