Commissioners received a rezoning presentation from Anthony Bowman under the name Fund 26-Dogwood, LLC, a developer who seeks to amend the zoning on approximately 0.34 acres at 21726 Aftonshire Drive. The proposed rezoning includes subdividing it into three buildable lots for single-family homes and associated accessory dwellings. Some concern was raised by commissioners concerning the accessory dwellings which could be permitted under the proposal. The application will now be sent to the Town Planning Board for their consideration and a recommendation.
