The National Weather Service says some storms Friday afternoon could be severe, with damaging winds. Chance of precipitation is 90%. There is a a possibility that storms may create tornadoes with little or no warnings. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. More showers tomorrow, mainly after 1 pm. Warmer and sunny on Easter Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.
