July 6. Because of concern for spreading the new coronavirus and restrictions in place, more events are being moved to later in the year or canceled this year in hopes of a better 2021.

The Renaissance Festival & Artisan Marketplace in Huntersville has been canceled this year with hopes to open its gates on Poplar Tent Road on Saturdays and Sundays Oct. 1-Nov. 21, 2021.

The Denver Area Business Association’s concert and fireworks, usually held just before the 4th of July, was moved to later in the month before the decision to cancel this.

The DABA event, with the same musical act lineup with Craig Campbell headlining is now schedule for June 26, 2021.
