In NC House District 98, challenger Christy Clark, a Democrat, is ahead of incumbent John Bradford, a Republican, 13,008 to 11,203. Election Day results, which can dramatically change outcomes, have not been posted.​ In Early Voting, the Cornelius Transportation Bonds appear to a slam dunk: 71 percent for to 29 percent against. Early Voting results for the Transportation Bond are 6,393 for to 2,525 against.
