Aug. 12. Cornelius Police are looking for help identifying a suspect vehicle involved in the shooting of 34-year-old Brandon David Hedrick of Mooresville on I-77 this morning. His body was located in a vehicle in the southbound toll lanes of I-77.

Police say he was killed by a gunshot.

The vehicle is possibly a white Ford Econoline passenger van. Cornelius Police are also seeking information from anyone that may have been traveling I-77 southbound around 6:10 am.
